Our Terms & Conditions spell out your access and use of this Site and the information, and other content available on or through this Site. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this Site.
By accessing, using or browsing this site or any of the tabs, pages or windows in this site, you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement, and that you understand and intend this user agreement to be the legal equivalent of signed, written contract between you and Wissem surgery services and equally binding.

1) APPLICATION FOR YOUR PROCEDURE
Patients' applications sent via our web site or requested by phone call are received by Wissem surgery' Patient Information Center. Our advisors are trained to answer general questions about the procedures and terms of the service. If the patient has questions related to medical issues, the advisor will pass the questions on to the professional and the answers back to the patient.
All exchange with the Patient Information Center is free of charge and it does not represent any kind of agreement between Wissem surgery and the patient.

2) QUOTATIONS
following the receipt of your general enquiry form and close up photos, you will be able to obtain an all inclusive quotation which includes the cost of the operation tailored to your needs and expectations as well as the tariff of your chosen accommodation.
The amount fixed by Wissem surgery on the first stage is your definitive amount. With Wissem surgery there is no hidden costs.
Other medical organizations give you an "estimate quote" that generally changes once you meet your surgeon "after a personal evaluation".     

The total price includes:
- The costs of all the services you are requesting (medical services and
  Surgical Procedures / Stay in Clinic / Complete Hematology Tests Analysis /
  Surgeons fees, Anesthetist fees, and medical team fees / touch-ups / tours...)
- Transportation to the hotel / clinics / airport.
- Your stay in nice hotel on a full boarding base plus all the hotel
   services (Internet, room service..…).
- The discounts corresponding to each package.

The rate does not include:
- Personal expenses
- Lodging extras (extra nights, beverages…)
- Travel insurance
- Air fair
- The assistance service and transportation are exclusively for health related    purposes.

3) SCHEDULING YOUR TRIP
The Patient Care Center advisors will be in charge of planning the medical trip and they will arrange all the appointments and make the reservations with plastic surgeons, anesthetist, medical team, clinic, medical laboratory, hotel... 
Any and all medical information delivered by the interested patient shall be evaluated by our surgeons, which must validate such application in order to receive the requested treatment.

To book your trip, you will have to follow the different steps clearly specified in  our page .
Contrary to other medical agencies, with Wissem surgery you don't have to pay any amount before having met your surgeon.
The total amount should be paid to us by the end of the pre-surgery consultation, after your agreement to undergo surgery and before your intervention.

4) INITIAL CONTACT
To provide you the best service, we require that you fill out all the stages of the Pre-Consultation Form ; and you send us this form accompanied by good quality pictures, which will provide us the necessary information; allowing our Health Care Professional to evaluate your case and give you an exact and appropriate medical diagnosis, and a quotation tailored to meet your needs.

Required Photographs
Full-body pictures (for body surgery): Front, back and profile.
Facial pictures (for face surgery): Front and profile (both sides: right & left).

Only those applications including the photographs will be taken into consideration and studied by our Health Care Professionals.

NOTE: All information received will be treated as strictly confidential.


5) TREATMENT CONFIRMATION
following the receipt of your general enquiry form and close up photos, you will be able to obtain an all inclusive quotation which includes the cost of the procedures tailored to your needs and expectations as well as the tariff of your chosen accommodation.
The amount fixed by Wissem surgery on the first stage is your definitive amount. With Wissem surgery there is no hidden cost.
Once you have relieved all the information and have decided to proceed, you can schedule your trip with one of our Patient Care Center advisors.

6) SCHEDULING YOUR TRIP
To help you throughout the preparation of your trip, We will let you know about all the details and information concerning your trip, your surgery and the medical team that will perform your surgery. We will be in charge of planning your medical trip, arrange all the appointments and make the reservations with plastic surgeons, anesthetist, clinic, medical laboratory, hotel... 
If you have any questions, we will answer all your questions and address your concerns.

5) THE RESERVATION
After you have decided the date of your departure, you will have to make your reservation with your Patients Care Center advisor so that he/she can arrange a tentative trip date suitable to your needs, assign the personal assistants and organize all transfer services.
We will also give you all the information concerning your surgery:
Information concerning the clinic where your surgery will be performed, your personal assistant, tourist package, dental clinic…, and make all the reservations and necessary appointments with: Hotel/ Clinic/ Laboratory/ Health Care Professional, etc.

Make your reservation is very quick and easy, we just need you send us by email a copy of your travel arrangement (purchase confirmation of your flight ticket), with all the information concerning your flight (date of arrival and departure, hour of arrival, Airline Company, flight number, etc).
This process will avoid you to make an international bank-to-bank transfer and send money before your arrival.
6) The payment:

We prefer you pay your total package the day of your arrival at TUNIS or after your first consultation with the medical team.

7) SCHEDULING THE TRIP
At the latest within 3 days following receipt of the copy your flight ticket, your consultant will plan your personalized trip and send the schedule to you with regards to all the information concerning your surgery and your stay in TUNISIA :
Dates of the pre-operative medical consultation and of the required medical test, dates of your operation, hotel reservations, the personal bilingual assistant's schedule, local transportation, lists of pre-operative instructions, schedule of your tourist package, post-operative information, scheduling for your Wissem surgery with your assistant and appointments with the beauty parlor…

8) ARRIVAL AT TUNIS CARTAGE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
When you arrive at the airport, one of our personal assistants will welcome you. You will be taken to your Clinic in a private car and accompanied by your personal assistant.
Your assistant will answer all your questions regarding your trip.
You will receive a portfolio which contains a detailed agenda of your trip and detailed documentation regarding the procedures.

9) PRE-OPERATIVE CONSULTATIONS
Depending on the hour of your arrival in Tunis, you will attend the first appointment with your surgeon and medical team wither it is on the same day or the following day. 
The medical studies will be made the same day (complete hematology, and if necessary, cardiology studies and x-rays).Your personal assistant will accompany you at all times.

10) SURGICAL INTERVENTION
The surgical procedure(s) will be carried out one day after concluding all the preparatory consultation.
The day of your surgery, Wissem surgery representative will be available to assist you with all anything you need.


11) POST-OPERATIVE AND CONVALESCENCE
you will recover following the doctor's instructions. The first few days after surgery are the most important to get adequate rest. Usually, 2 to 4 post-surgical appointments will be necessary for the surgeon to check your general condition and ensure that you are healing well.
During the first one, the Health Care Professional examines the bandages and the patient's general condition.
The stitches will be removed during the final consultation (if applicable), and your surgeon will give his authorization so that you may return to your country or origin.
After recovering, once the surgeon is pleased with your progress, you will be given authorization to enjoy some of the interesting attractions our city offers. We'll make all necessary arrangements for you to make some travel excursion either within or outside the city, according to the doctor's permission.

12) THE RETURN TO YOUR COUNTRY
Your personal assistant will chauffeur you from the hotel to the airport in order to fly back home and enjoy your new achievement.
Our commitment doesn't finish there. Wissem surgery will keep in touch with you even after you have returned to your country.
So if after having returned to your country, you have any doubts or questions, you can maintain contact with us by email or telephone .

13) RISKS AND COMPLICATIONS
Prior to any surgical procedure, the Client must sign a consent form–a legal document–in which he/she declares his/her express consent to undergo the specified surgery, being fully-aware of the risks arising from said surgical intervention, the Client shall inform his/her Health Care Professional during the pre-operative consultation of any and all the antecedents in his/her clinical history, besides seeking clarification during this consultation regarding any and all doubts with regards to the possible complications, characteristic risks of the surgery and post-operative procedures.
All the corresponding risks to anesthesia, any allergic reactions, and post-operative processes will also be analyzed at this time.
The Health Care Professional will determine if it is feasible to combine several procedures into one single surgical intervention without putting at risk the security and safety of the patient. If necessary, the surgeons will divide any surgical procedure into two or more interventions.

14 ) SURGICAL GUARANTEE
should the need arise for a second surgical procedure to correct some flaw arising from the first surgery; these costs will be borne by the medical team. Wissem surgery will assume all the expenses of transportation, lodging in the hotel and extended hospitalization for the time required for recovery, up to a maximum of one week following the second surgery, guaranteeing in a similar manner, the same conditions of hospitalization, transportation, recovery and stay.
In case of implant surgery complications: The surgeon will guarantee for the client that the implants or prosthesis used comply with the necessary health and quality standards. However, as with any operation there are certain risks with implant surgery: - Body implants (Breast and Buttock implants) - Facial implants (Cheek, Chin, Nose). The most common risks include bleeding, infection, body rejection, asymmetry, and scarring. Although these events are usually infrequent, they sometimes can occur.
Our surgical guarantee covers implants complication relating to asymmetry, any technical problem or a surgeon's mistake; so you will not be charged for a revision operation to correct an undesirable result. In case of body rejection of the implant, the surgeon may decide to remove the implant(s) from the patient's body not to put his/her health at risk. If this should occur there is no charge for our medical team's professional services (surgeon's and anesthesiology professional services), but surgery center facility charges, and any other ancillary expenses are the responsibility of the patient.

15) COMPANY & SURGEON RESPONSIBILITY
The surgeons, medical team and its staff assume full responsibility for the medical portion. The patient will not hold Wissem surgery responsible.
The Client recognizes that Wissem surgery bears responsibility and guarantees the Client's lodging, in which is included full boarding , transport, coordination of medical agenda, coordination of local transportation, and in general Wissem surgery shall establish the necessary contacts for the requested surgery; moreover, this includes the services offered for full post-operative recovery.
The Client recognizes that the Health Care Professional assumes full responsibility for the medical portion before the Company and the Client.
As with any routine precaution when traveling abroad, Wissem surgery advises the Client obtain suitable travel insurance.
When transporting the Client, Wissem surgery works with responsible carrier companies that can be deemed reliable by the Client.
Neither , Wissem surgery nor the physician and the medical team, shall be responsible for any medical situation that may occur during the patient's stay, in which they have failed to take part or make any decision whatsoever. For instance, self-medication, performance of piercing and the like.

16 ) PRIVACY
Wissem surgery shall maintain the anonymity of any individual who visits us or gets in touch with us means whatsoever. Their privacy is of utmost importance for us. This Privacy Policy not only defines the information we gather from any individual but also how we use said information. Only with the individual's express consent do we record information provided by our Clients and divulge it only should the latter be required.

17) WEBSITE
Wissem surgery reserves the right to make any necessary modification to the content of its website without further notice.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of this Site after such changes take effect will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of our new Terms & Conditions.

The user shall be able to access the information in the Website without providing any personal data. However, should the user make any consultation via e-mail, in which case a form must be completed, the personal information provided therein shall be included in a file, to be use only by Wissem surgery, and which purpose is to furnish the information requested, benefiting from the advantages associated to filling in said form and sending the user business offers adjusted to specially fit his/her profile, whether by mail or e-mail.
All personal data filled in by the users in the Website through the form/s shall not be shared or redistributed to third parties.
